Lobster Cakes – Pan seared and filled with fresh picked lobster meat, herbs and green onions, served with a tarragon aioli.
Shrimp Ceviche – Fresh shrimp in a citrus marinade with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro and avocado, served with tortilla chips
Entrées
Filet Mignon – Seared twin 5oz filet mignon seared and basted in a shallot/thyme butter, topped with a cracked black pepper, cognac and onion pan sauce, served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus.
Island Spiced Mahi – Roasted Mahi with a sweet pineapple and red pepper chutney, topped with hot honey and served with cilantro lime rice and asparagus.
Tuscan Chicken – Chicken breast seared and served with a roasted garlic, baby spinach, blistered tomato and pesto cream sauce, served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Banana and Chocolate Marble Cake with chocolate icing
