Tavern Chips – Crispy chips and house made blue cheese onion dip. $10

Calamari – Flash fried calamari, banana pepper rings served with our chef’s own marinara. $15

Spinach and Artichoke Dip – Topped with Parmesan and baked to a golden brown, served with tortilla chips.  $14

SPT Nachos – With braised Argentinian beef, white corn tortilla, pico de gallo, cheddar, roasted poblano, cilantro lime crema.  $15, Guacamole $2

Fried Sushi – Tempura battered and fried sushi bites served with wasabi aioli and sriracha.  $16

Chicken Dumplings – Crispy chicken and lemongrass dumpling, scallion, ginger soy dipping sauce. $13

PEI Mussels & Focaccia – Roasted tomato, garlic, lemon herb cream with toasted focaccia. $17 GF upon request

SPT Wings – Chicken wings tossed in your choice of sauce: our signature SPT wing sauce, garlic parmesan, spicy mango habanero or BBQ. 5 wings $9, 10 wings $17, 15 wings $24

Warm Pretzel – Salted large baked pretzel and cheddar cheese dip. $10


 All sandwiches served with tavern fries and a pickle. Substitute truffle fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings $3. Gluten free roll $2.

The Tavern Burger – 8oz. Black Angus with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Add choice of cheese.  $14  Add sautéed onions for $1 

†Maple Bacon Gouda Burger – 8oz. burger with maple bacon, apple cider slaw, smoked Gouda and red onions on toasted brioche bun.  $17

French Onion Patty Melt – With melted Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, and our house made onion dip served on grilled rye. $16

SPT Stilton Port & Short Rib Burger – Our signature burger features a thick cut 8oz. Black Angus short rib and chuck burger seasoned and slow grilled on brioche with onion jam, smoked bacon, baby arugula topped with aged Stilton and Port wine reduction. $18

Meatloaf Burger – Grilled meatloaf with melted gruyere, caramelized onions and Marsala gravy on toasted Brioche bun.  $16

Prime Rib Sandwich – Thin sliced Prime Rib dipped in rosemary au jus with caramelized onions, Gruyere and horseradish mayo on a 6” roll. $17

BLT – Hickory smoked bacon with lettuce, tomato and mayo on choice of euro bread. $14 Add choice of cheese. $1

Burrata BLT Sandwich – Burrata, bacon, arugula, plum tomatoes, fresh basil pesto and balsamic glaze on toasted Brioche. $17

SPT Half & Half – ½ house corned beef and ½ pastrami with caramelized onions, Gruyere, coleslaw and tangy SPT house sauce on grilled euro rye. $18

Reuben – Choice of corned beef or pastrami with thousand island, Swiss and sauerkraut, on grilled euro rye. $16

Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Chicken breast coated in seasoned bread crumbs (or sub grilled marinated chicken breast). Served on brioche topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, cheddar, smoked bacon and poblano mayo. $16

Turkey Avocado BLT – Sliced oven roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo and avocado on white toast.  $16


Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil Flatbread – With pesto and balsamic reduction. $14

Prosciutto and Pear – Sliced pears, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, honey and rosemary.  $14

Sausage and Pepper – Ground sweet Italian sausage, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers and white cheddar.  $14

Chicken, Bacon & Ranch – Grilled chicken, bacon, red onions, shredded white cheddar & ranch dressing (or BBQ upon request). $14

Hot + Cold

New England Clam Chowder – Clams, potato, bacon, cream, fresh herbs and spices. $9

French Onion Soup – Caramelized onion, toasted baguette, provolone and Gruyere cheese topped with frizzled onions. $8

Harvest Salad – Mixed greens in a honey cider vinaigrette with goat cheese, craisins, roasted butternut squash, roasted pecans, apples and red onion.  $16

Southwest Taco Salad – Romaine lettuce with a black bean, corn and cilantro mix, pico de gallo, shredded white cheddar and tortilla strips topped with chipotle aioli and ranch dressing.  $16

Grilled Peach Salad – Fresh arugula tossed in a honey vinaigrette with grilled peaches, candied walnuts, red onions & goat cheese. $16

SPT Caesar – Hearts of Romaine tossed in a lemon Caesar dressing with EVOO and garlic parmesan crostini. $14, side $7 GF upon request

Mixed Greens – Mixed greens with tomatoes, julienne carrots, cucumber, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette. $10, side $5 GF

Ahi & Avocado Poke Bowl – Fresh marinated Ahi, Avocado, cucumber, radish, scallions, spring greens, cilantro, pickled onions, sriracha & lime in a sesame soy dressing. $20 GF

Add chicken $6, salmon $9,or steak $11 to any salad. (Blackened add $2)

Tavern Entrees

SPT Ribs – A full rack of slow roasted pork ribs in our own SPT rub finished with our house bourbon BBQ sauce served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Full rack $30  Half rack $20 GF upon request

Parmesan Panko Chicken – Tender, juicy, chicken breast with a parmesan and panko coating with a fresh herb veloute, housemade herb roasted potatoes and our vegetable of the day.  $24

Fish & Chips – Fresh cod hand battered and fried with tartar sauce and tavern fries. $20

Seared N.Y. Strip Steak – 12oz. cut marinated in rosemary and garlic, topped with melted gorgonzola cheese, merlot demi-glace, served with housemade herb roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day. $32 GF upon request

†Seared Flat Iron Steak – Topped with a peppercorn and Dijon sauce served with herb roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetable.  $26

Glazed Salmon – Seared salmon filet with a sweet blood orange glaze served with herbed rice pilaf and vegetable. $29

Crispy Skin Duck – 10 oz. seared duck breast with a house made raspberry currant sauce served with herb roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetable.  $29

Herb Crusted Cod – Pan seared  herb crusted cod filet with a lemon, tomato and basil sauce served with herbed rice pilaf and seasonal vegetable.  $27

Tuna Tacos – Chilled Ahi tuna, warm flour tortillas, ginger cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, cilantro lime crema with wakame salad. $18

Argentinian Beef Barbacoa & Plantains – Braised beef barbacoa, sweet fried plantains, guacamole, topped with pico de gallo, cilantro crema and fresh lime. $17

Steak Salad – Sautéed steak with artichoke hearts, blue cheese crumbles and crushed peppercorns, deglazed with brandy and balsamic vinaigrette.  Served over baby spinach and sliced red onions.  $19
