  • Baby Spinach tossed in strawberry Zinfandel vinaigrette with goat cheese crumbles, toasted almonds, red onion, brown sugared fresh strawberries and honey balsamic glaze
  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, 4 per order, served with cocktail sauce and lemon

Entrées

  • Roasted Half Rack of Lamb with garlic and rosemary rub, topped with a Cabernet Demi sauce and served with herb roasted potatoes and asparagus
  • Twin Seared 5 oz Filet Mignon Medallions served with sautéed shitake mushrooms and a Dijon brandy cream sauce with herb roasted potatoes and asparagus
  • Scallop Saltimbocca Risotto – Jumbo seared sea scallops served with a fresh sage, prosciutto and Romano risotto.
